Neighborhood Services is offering the Landlord Training class this October.  The class is a two-day, eight hour class designed to inform and empower local landlords to operate successfully.   If you have taken this class before please feel free to share this information with others who may be interested.

The class will take place on Friday, October 2 and Friday, October 9, from 8:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.  This is a two-part training.  Please plan on attending both days.  This class was recently approved for 8 hours of continuing education credit for real estate brokers through the Colorado Real Estate Commission.

The cost is $20 and reservation confirmation will only be sent after payment has been received.  Your confirmation letter will serve as your receipt and will provide location and directions.  If you would like to register, credit card payments can be made by calling Melanie Clark at 416-2351.  Cash and check payments can  be dropped off at Neighborhood Services, 281 North College, second floor or mailed to:
