Website Status (and current issues) for NorthernColoradoRentals.com

Some emails are now starting to get delivered (January 29, 2010 at 3 PM MT)
Emails to/from interested renters and our customers are once again working and being delivered in a timely manner.  However, all emails sent between approximately 11 PM (MT) on Wednesday, January 27, 2010 and approximately 10 AM (MT) on Friday, January 29, 2010 are still being delayed.  We continue to work aggressively to get this problem resolved.  At this point in time we do not believe any emails have been lost.

Website experiencing delays in delivering emails to/from our customers -
problem & fix identified - should be resolved shortly (January 29, 2010 at 9:30 AM MT)
There was a problem with our website which has caused a significant delay in delivering emails to/from our customers.  This affected most emails sent on Thursday, January 28, 2010 and Friday morning, January 29, 2010.  We believe the problem has been resolved, and ALL emails should be delivered shortly.  You may see some further delays over the next day or so, and you might also receive several duplicate emails.  This affects most emails, including:
1. "Interested Renter" emails from "interested renters" to landlords
2. "Contact Request" (e.g. support request) emails from our customers to NorthernColoradoRentals.com
3. "Order Acknowledgement" emails to our customers
4. "Forgot My User Name" and "Forgot My Password" email requests from our customers
5. "Expiring Listing" email reminders to our customers

Experiencing problems UPLOADING PHOTOS (fixed the problem on June 26, 2009 at 7:30 PM):
The problem with uploading photos has been fixed. The website is now working without any problems or issues.

Experiencing problems UPLOADING PHOTOS (working on fixing the problem on June 26, 2009 at 5:30 PM):
Currently we are experiencing problems with the website when trying to upload photos. We have identified what the problem is and we are working to fix this problem as quickly as possible.

Experiencing problems UPLOADING PHOTOS (discovered the problem on June 26, 2009 at 10:52 AM):
One of our customers reported to us that they were experiencing problems with uploading photos to the website.

"Rental Viewed" Statistics are NOW working correctly (fixed the problem on June 6, 2009):

Due to an unavoidable issue we had with our website (NorthernColoradoRentals.com) - the website was unable to track the number of times each listing was viewed (e.g. "Rental Viewed" statistics) from May 13, 2009 through June 5, 2009.  The problem has now been fixed.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  The other statistics (e.g. "Email responses" and "Virtual Tour Viewed") were NOT affected and those statistics were correctly collected and reported during that time period.
