New statewide vacancy and rent survey (12/11/2008)



Vacancy rates slide in northern Colorado, rise along most of Front Range according to a new study by the Colorado Division of Housing.

Northern Colorado reported a tightening market in all areas with Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Fort Morgan, and Sterling all reporting substantial decreases in vacancies.

    Thanks so much for highlighting this very useful information. As a suggestion for a future blog, maybe you can address rental rate setting, and what sources of information you utilize to come up with a fair market rate for residential rental properties.
