  12. Vacant Premises
  13. Security Deposit
  14. Default Remedies
  15. Attorney Fees, Costs, Collection Fee and Damages
  16. Late Charge
  17. Pets
  18. Eviction
  19. Move-In Checklist & Move-Out Inspection
  20. Other Documents - attached (Inspection List, Rules & Regulations, Lead Base Paint disclosure, Security Deposit Agreement, and Pet Lease Agreement - if applicable)
  21. Security
  22. Rental Application
  23. Sales of Premises
  24. Motor Vehicles
  25. Obligations of the Tenant
  26. Entire Agreement
